No Storage Space

Good Morning,

I have the IPhone XS Max 64gb, i ran out of storage so i purchased the 200GB for 2.99/month today but its still telling me that i have 63.2 out of 64GB only and not 200GB. The phone will not let me open up my applications or email. Can someone help me? I restarted and shutdown my phone so many times and i get nothing. Thanks in advance.
