Have no access to music from Macbook.

Not only is my music not syncing, but I am unable to play anything from Itunes or music or whatever it's called now from my Macbook air.

I’m happy to see that you posted to the Apple Support Communities for assistance and I understand that you can't sync or play music. I’m happy to help out with that. 


What happens when you try to sync music or play music? Please provide as many details about that as you can.
