Hi All,
I am running mid 2012 mac on Mojave 10.14.6 and for some reason the download of the sky Go app fails every time. In the past I have been running the app on El Captain but now for some reason its completely blocked.
I would appreciate any help on this since sky have been next to useless

Thanks for posting on Apple Support Communities. I understand that you are unable to successfully install a third party app called Sky Go on your Mac. You were able to use the app in a previous OS but since updating to OS Mojave it hasn't installed. The screenshot you sent states to contact the software manufacturer for assistance. Have you spoken to the developers of Sky Go yet? If not, the following resource can help you get in touch with them directly.

Otherwise you could also try installing the app in another user account and test it. If you don't have another user account you can create one just for testing purposes. Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac.
