Random open of App (App Store) MacBook Pro Catalina

I have a Macbook Pro

Catalina 15.5.5

Everything is latest update and I used Malware Bytes to eliminate the possibility of malware.

I have reinstalled the system fresh from a new download.

It is a random problem... not reproducible on command. Every time I open Safari... at some point the App Store will randomly open. It is always the same page in the App Store for an app called Dynamo.

I've called Apple Care with no luck from them. Any ideas for a fix?
