Can`t see my iCloud photos on phone!

Hello! Just found that I can`t see my photos on my phone. There are all of them on my iCloud (using it from Windows pc), but I can`t see any on my phone. What`s the problem?

Do you have iCloud photos turned on in your iPhone? If so it may just be waiting for a WiFi connection to update your iPhone.
