Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Adding email address to phone.

I have two email addresses on my phone plus the required iCloud one I do not use. When I try to add a third, it tells me the address is not a valid email address even though I use it every day at work and on my laptop. Any idea why? Nothing to do with passwords. The dialog box says “this email address is not available. Try another one”.

Sounds to me like you're trying to create a new email account, not add an existing one.
