Apple Cash Error

We understand that you have been unable to enable Apple Cash in the Wallet app. We are glad to lend a hand.

The steps in the support article, If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay, are also recommended for your specific issue. I would like to highlight the following troubleshooting steps:

"If you can't add a card to Wallet to use with Apple Pay, check Apple Pay on the System Status page. If there's an issue, try to add a card again after the issue is resolved.

If there is no issue, follow these steps to make sure you can add a card to Wallet:

• See if you're in a country or region that supports Apple Pay.
• Make sure you're using an eligible device.
• Update to the latest version of iOS, watchOS, or macOS.
• Check that you're using a supported card from a participating issuer.
• Sign in to iCloud with an Apple ID."

Are you at least 18 and in the US? Did you try signing out of your Apple ID and back in?

I’ve been having the same problem. Trying to get Apple Cash to work. I’ve added the the card on Apple Pay and that works fine but I can’t send and receive money through Apple Cash. When I try to it always tells me that an error has occurred. Anybody know how to fix this issue ?

When I set up Apple Cash it gives me a error when I type in my password

Chris_g1, the post says they were able to successfully add a card to Apple Pay, but when they go to “turn on” Apple Cash, they get this error. Me too. Got any suggestions on how to resolve that?
