No sound on Apple TV+
How do I get sound on a show on Apple TV+. I have sound on Apple TV and other networks.
We have a Polk Audio sound bar. Could that be causing the issue?

if it is the sound bar causing it and the appletv is connected to the bar rather than to the tv then testing by connecting it directly to the tv would reveal if that was the culprit
otherwise I would try changing the audio to stereo to see if it was sounds playing out of absent surround speakers that caused your silence
