iPhone 11 pro max bluetooth connection problem

I have iPhone 11 pro max and since the first they I bought it my phone is disconnecting from car’s bluetooth audio.

I called Apple support several times, and although I tried whatever they suggested didn’t work - including resetting and reloading the backup.

I really appreciate if somebody could advise a solution, because this situation makes me mad..

Hi there, kemal146.

It appears that you're having issues with your iPhone 11 Pro Max disconnecting from your vehicle's Bluetooth wireless technology. Good job in following the steps provided by Apple Support, and we're glad to help with this.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If you haven't already, please be sure to have a fresh backup to keep your personal information safe.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- We'd like for you to reinstall iOS. The section titled "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" will walk you through all the steps to reinstall iOS software on your device. Test the issue a bit and get back to us when you're able.

If by "resetting", you mean you restored your iPhone to factory settings, let us know.

Take care.

Thank you once again, kemal146. We'd like to help you restore your iPhone to factory settings.

Since anything stored on your iPhone only will be lost when you restore it to factory settings, you can turn on iCloud to keep your information safe:

Set up and use iCloud Photos -- You can also use iCloud to sync your photos to all of your devices. You can also transfer them to your computer: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

The same holds true for Contacts, Calendars, Notes and Reminders:

iCloud User Guide -- The iCloud User Guide can provides more information on how each feature works.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- Once you're comfortable that everything is syncing through iCloud, use the steps to restore your iPhone to factory settings. Then use the steps in this article to set up your iPhone again. Set up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Remember to skip step 2.

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books -- Once the process has finished, this article explains how to redownload your purchases again.

Apple - Support - Product Selection — You can also contact Apple Support to guide you through this process. After selecting this link, type "set" in the Search topics field, and choose "Setting up a new product" in the Results. Then select how you'd like to start the conversation.

Thank you for trying those steps and getting back to us, kemal146. It's appreciated.

On your iPhone, please go to Settings > General > About, and give your iPhone a brief new name without any punctuation marks, then test the issue once again.

If there's another iPhone you have access to that's also compatible with your vehicle, does it also disconnect?

If your vehicle will also connect with your iPhone using a lightning cable, does it stay connected while using?

We really appreciate your working with us while we try to find the answer.

Cheers!

tnx for your advices but I tried several times to erase/reset the phone and reload from the backup. it didn’t work..

I tried to connect by setting the phone as new iphone, and I didn’t have the same problem when I connected to the car audio..

looks there’s something wrong when I setup the phone from the backup.. this is really frustrating situation and now I am thinking to switch to android.
