Apple Watch stuck on loading clock symbol

I updated my watch last night but now any time I go to look at it, it just has the little clock symbol in the middle of the screen with dots loading around it in circles. I have turned it off and on multiple times and also tried restarting it by pushing the crown and button at the same time. But every time it reboots, it does the same thing. Can anyone help please??
