My wife had some photos stored in her I cloud. But she bough a new phone and lost the photos, and she does not remember how to get in to retrieve them. Can you help.

Have your Wife Perform the Following:
- Go to: iCloud.com
- Log in: to her Apple ID
- Select: Photos
- See: if they reside in there
