Norton! The operation couldn't be completed. Operation not permitted. (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:1)

I keep getting this when I open Safari on my Mac Book Air. I found it was Norton (paid version). Norton wouldn't open so I got rid but I now have a Norton icon in the tool bar at the top which keeps opening & closing and it is as if a pop up has opened but it's not there. How do I get rid of this? I've used Activity Monitor to close it and tried to remove it from the Library but it just keeps opening and closing. When I click on the icon it doesn't matter which option I take nothing happens.

I have had to restart as it blocked Safari again.

Thank you

Thank you Ptaxey, I have finally managed to get rid, I think! Only just completed it. In the Terminal app it is now saying:

The default interactive shell is now zsh.

To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

I am very uncertain and I have had a look, do I HAVE to change this or can I leave it?
