how to back up my iPhone that’s disabled

i forgot my password to my iPhone and i want all my pictures to be backed up to my iCloud how would i be able to do so with out losing all my photos

If you didn't have iCloud photos enabled prior to forgetting your password, there is no way to enable it now.
