I forgot my password is there a way I can recover all the pictures in my iPhone or back it up on my iPad?

Is there a way I can transfer my iPhone photos into my iPad if my iPhone is locked? They share the same Apple ID and iCloud.

If the photos and files were already in iCloud, or if backup was already enabled, they will remain available.

Otherwise, no.

Backups have to happen before the loss or theft or damage or dunking or whatever.
