Hi so at first I wasn’t able to log into my phone because of the password I had and it didn’t let me in so what I did was to put forgot password next to it and later it resetee my entire phone and now I can’t get my pictures and passwords that are really important and I can’t get anything I tried everything but it didn’t work

If you did not have them backed up to iCloud, a computer, or some other backup service, they are gone. If you only have one copy of something, it's just a matter of time until you have zero copies.

If you were using iCloud Photos, any photos that made it to the cloud will be there, rather than in your backups. Likewise for other types of data that can be synchronized using iCloud or using e-mail accounts (e.g. calendar entries).
you Can get them back if you synchronize your google photo or iCloud’s mail , and use your number as recovery access to get code and sign in to your account
