OK. This. might be a hardware fault :-'(
However, try this: Reboot holding down Command-Alt-p-r. All being well, the Mac will keep rebooting every 15 seconds or so. After at least four reboots, let go of the keys.
Then try again.
If that doesn't help, you may need a hardware repair.

Does Apple Menu > About this Mac > System Report > Camera also state there is no camera present?
Yes. It is showing no video capture devices were found.
