Airpods disconnecting after the firmware update 6.8.8

Apple please look into this matter. After the update of airpods (6.8.8) my left pod keeps disconnecting after few minutes and the right pod still plays. I tried every solution reseting of network setting & airpods reset almost tried every method but nothing works please look into this issues.

I tried everything. This all started happening after i updated my ios 13.5 or when my airpods updated automatically on 6.8.8 before 6.8.8 it was perfectly working fine or its was working perfectly fine before 13.5 IOS
