Flash disabled

Hello, for some reason this started happening couple weeks ago , when I try to take a picture with flash on the câmara or Instagram it says that such feature is disabled because I have low battery , when my phone is charged to 93%. And the low battery mode is not activated. How can I get my flash back?

1) Force Restart the phone:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

See if Force Restarting your iPhone, as shown above, resolves the issue.
