Older iPad models for sale

Question

Do they still sell the 2018 or 2019 iPad Pro models or do they only sell the newest model? And if they do can you get it on credit?

Apple ONLY sells their latest of products.

That stated you can find refurbished and discounted Apple products from the Apple Website here.

If by "they" you mean Apple, you may be able to find older models in the Refurbished section of Apple's online store: Refurbished iPad - Apple

Both new and old models can be bought with a credit card, or bought in installments. See here: Financing and Credit - Apple
