Air pods pro making crackling sound

My new air pods pro are making crackling noises when the volume is set to 75% when playing music. It’s only been about 2 months since I bought them and although the noise isn’t significant, it might get worse in the future. Am I eligible for a free replacement As there is no physical damage on the air pods and do they provide brand new air pods pro as replacement or refurbished ones?
