Apple TV (3rd Gen.) "Accessing TV" but nothing comes up.

I have read the Apple Support info and check all my settings. I have a Free year of Apple TV+ but have not been able to access it. I can access my purchased (iTunes) items. I just get the "Accessing TV" words and the revolving icon until finally the screen saver kicks in. Any suggestions?

First you have to activate the offer, you only have 90 days to redeem the free offer. You can learn how to redeem it by clicking Apple TV+ One Year Offer, however if you still have a problem please please use AppleCare and they will coach you. If you don't know the number in your area please click AppleCare Contact Info to begin finding it.
