I am trying to set up a new iPad and syncing from old one. iCloud is supposed to be restoring all my apps but it won’t connect to internet. The iPad in settings says it’s connected but there is no icon on the top to show it’s connected and I can’t get anything to download. Please help

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
