IPAD will not restore to factory settings. Locked out of device though entry of passcode was correct. IPAD is 10 in IPAD, not registered as the IPAD was replacement for Apple support breaking beyond repair my prior IPAD that was also new and sent for repair. NOW APPLE cannot find the ipad other than my older one registered and agree to repair THEIR NEW IPAD.
