When I turn on my IPAD the screen says "Ipad is disabled, connect to itunes". When I connect the ipad to my computer and log into Itunes nothing happens. How do I get the ipad to work?

Press and hold on both the sleep/wake button and home button, or the sleep/wake button and volume buttons (iPad Pro 2018/20) and hold until the recovery screen appears. After that, plug it into your computer and open iTunes. You should be able to erase the data or restore the data after that.
