Can I delete apps for some users but keep for administrator account?

Essentially, I'm trying to free up space on my air Mac with Catalina. Apps & "other" are taking up too much space.

I've gone through every other resource I can find about saving space - clear cache, delete duplicates, move photos & music - & have done them all.... (although I cant find old iPhone backups to purge through iTunes because its the Music app now, & they're saving in a new place.)

I'll prob need to suck it up and get more storage, but thought asking was worth a shot!
