iPad 2 can't connect to bluetooth a device anymore. Is there a big on the latest update?

iPad 2 can't connect to a bluetooth device anymore. It should be a big on the latest update for this iPad version? Someone had got this to fix some way?

(Tried ALL kind of reset and unconnect and reconnect, of course)
