iphone 11 charging

I brought new iphone 11 last week. It was very happy moment for me and dream come true.

But, it is taking too long (>3hours) to get fully charged. This is not explained by the seller. Why it is taking too long? Is it defect piece? I'm afraid.

New iPhone 11 charging very slowly I received my new iPhone 11 yesterday. I set up everything by using my backup of my old iPhone 8 in the quick start. However, today when I tried charging it for the first time I noticed it was charging extremely slowly. It charged 18% in 35 minutes, which I don’t think is supposed to be happening? iPhone 11 first time charging Hello, I received my iPhone 11 today. I used it straight away as it had charge when I took it out of the box. When the battery was at 5% I put it on charge, however it appears to be charging at a very slow rate (much slower than my 6). It’s taken an hour and half to get to 35%. Is this usual? thanks
