My ipad packages go missing

I bought two ipads at the begin of this month. Online orders show it delivered 8th and 9th seperately.

But I get neither any message nor someone knock my door, it's not in the mailbox or locker room as well.

Both of your online and phone customer service won't refund it for me.

I think I'm not the one who should pay for it.

You are not addressing Apple here. We are all other end users and have no access to your account, orders, or anything else.


You should not have waited this long. You need to contact the carrier (possibly UPS) and address it with them. Check the tracking numbers and see what they say; there are people who steal packages. If the packages show delivered, it is no longer Apple's responsibility - unfortunately.
