If you mean a virtual background, so it looks like you're in front of something you're not, that depends.
There is no built-in feature to do this. It's all up to the software that you use for video conferencing. Each one (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, BlueJeans, etc.) has their own settings that may or may not allow this.
