57gb of 64gb taken on iPhone!

I don’t store movies on my phone and have deleted half my apps or offloaded them and I still have very little space remaining. I do store 28gb of music and 5gb of photographs. Facebook is taking 1.35 Gb and there is little else of note on my phone. Why does my phone storage say it’s almost full?

i have a similar issue with my iMac.

Thanks for the video tutorials, I was aware of how to do it and have already deleted or offloaded most of my apps but it has hardly made any difference.

i see at the bottom of the list that the system is taking 5.8gb to run plus a further 7.41gb under other. Is there a way to reduce this?. I suspect this might have increased overtime with various updates.
