create new icloud for new iphone to get free gb storage

I have Icloud for my iphone 7 plus now ii wanted to buy a new iphone 11 so do i need to create new icloud to get 5 gb free storage ?

Don’t create a new Apple ID. All of your purchases and data is tied to your Apple ID. You will lose all of that if you create a new ID. A 50GB iCloud storage plan costs 99¢ per month in the US. It is well worth the cost of you have multiple iOS devices.
