Apps on iPad opening and closing automatically

Some Apps of my iPad are opening and closing automatically also a part of the screen is not sensing touch but the apps that are opening and closing are from that specific area. Please help.

The apps open and then close very soon afterward. does anyone know why my apps are opening and shutting almost at the same time. The last time I had it happen it was with my very first iPad. I brought it to the Apple store and a very nice tech got it fixed. He said that there are apps running behind my screen. I remember he made the apps move in a circle around my screen, then he deleted them and some how it was working fine after that. Does anyone know how to solve this problem, because this is all I remember about it.

Apps that don’t stay open Some of the apps that came with the iPad open then immediately close. Any ideas?
