Since I updated the new version I can’t make calls it ruined my phone!! Anyone else??

If you can’t make calls, you need to contact your carrier for help. Calls are managed by them. Can you receive calls?

It’s not a problem with the carrier cause I can make and receive calls but I can’t hear the other side and they can’t hear me, I can’t switch to speaker though the ring is working and I can hear voice notice from what’sup...
I think I’m not explaining it right- it’s not a mic problem cause the ringtone is working and if I want to see video clip/music everything is working. It’s only to make calls that I can’t hear the other side and I can’t switch to mic cause the possibility is block it’s gray, I can’t switch to mic technically....

Tried it, nothing is wrong... even put the simcard in a different device and it worked fine
