Upgrade iOS 14.3 messed with calls/phone app

I updated to iOS 14.3 yesterday and since I have had issues with calls and trying to get into the phone app, even in settings and when I plugged into the car. Anyone else the same?

I'm able to receive calls and I can make calls if I use Siri (eg, "Call Mum mobile"), but I'm unable to actually go into the phone symbol/app on my home page to select who I want to call, go through my contacts, go through my recent calls, etc. Even my missed calls are coming up as a notification.
