How do I transfer ownership of daughter's ipad to husband's ipad, but keep all the same apps? Thank you! Using husband's apple id and not daughter's?

After this procedure has been completed, the new user needs to set-up the iPad using their own AppleID - creating a new AppleID if necessary. AppleIDs should not be shared - as doing so causes a whole raft of pain and unexpected issues.
The Apple Family Sharing features permit controlled sharing of Apps, Subscriptions and some services:
