Red or colour pixel on Safari and Chrome menu bar?

I have this issue when I use Safari and Chrome in Dark mode. Red pixels appear usually on the top of menubar and disappear after I move cursor around or above it. I have read articles online and found many Mac users dealing with it and it isn't only on MacBook Pro model but random. Can anyone share how to solve it? is it software or hardware problem? and when will Apple fix it? thanks
