Every month App Store charges me 14.6 dollars and I don't know what is it for can please help

Look at the date of the charge. The amount shown under Settings/[your name]/Subscriptions does not include tax, but the amount that you are charged may include tax. However, you should receive an email for each charge that lists what you are charged for and what the tax will be.
