I forgot my computer backup password. I have using iPhone 8 last 3 years and now I have new iPhone 11 I want my backup help me

Sorry. If you don't know the password for an encrypted iTunes backup of an iOS device, the backup can't be used.
That's the whole point of encrypting it.
