Not recognising my phone number

I am trying to get support for my ipad and I cannot complete the form because it says that my phone number is not recognised. I have put the country code, everything, what am I doing wrong?

iPad mini 4, iPadOS 13

It’s okay I realised that my number was wrong in my account so it is all good, thanks.
