how do I retrieve messages from icloud.

My messages were saved to icloud and I need to see them

iPhone X, iOS 13

We need to access and print text messages stored and be able to retrieve voice memos. How us this done? I have had to switch to Android after 10 years and need this information for my custody case for my daughter. Nothing has been deleted. Thank you.

Messages although synced and stored in iCloud, are not visible there. If these are Apple iMessages, they can be viewed on an Apple device only.

Voice memos would have to have been synced to a computer using iTunes as they are not accessible on iCloud either.

If you were using iMessage in iCloud and deleted the messages, then they are irretrievable. If you weren't using that, then you can restore from a backup.
