How do I disable the passcode requirement on iphone 7? My phone just installed a new IOS update and I had to make up a password to be able to use the phone. I now wish to disable this. Under Settings, I have a Password & Security option; when I open that, I have the options to either:
Change Password
Change Security Questions
There is not an option to turn this requirement off.
Do you use your iPhone for work related purposes such as access work related emails? If YES then a security profile is used by your employer to ensure that you must use a passcode on your iPhone and bypassing that requirement is not available.
