Disabling Passcode Updates

How can you totally disable the passcode requirement that update 14.2 installed when trying use the auto fill password on websites? I do not want this feature on my phone! I used to be able to turn all passcode requirements off which works for me!

If you use iCloud Keychain then it will require passcode or faceID/TouchID
