Macbook Pro Repeating keys

Hi, I have a 13 inch Macbook Pro 2018. I bought it about a month ago knowing there were keyboard problems and thought it happen to me. Well, it did happen to me and I don't know how to fix it. My problem is with the key C and even though I don't press it, it is very quickly repeated and when I am in finder or something, it makes that error(alert) sound 'funk'. I reseted smc, but it doesn't seem to be permanent. I use a keyboard cover and is it possible the problem is not with the keyboard and with something else? I don't really take the cover off very often. Please help me. I'm going crazy over here. Every time I hear that sound repeating, I shut it down and reset it again. Oh my god please help me.

Go an Apple Store or Service provider. This sound like the issue described in https://support.apple.com/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-notebooks.As far as I can tell it is a Hardware issue and needs repair, but - if you have no other damage - it should be covered by the service program.

What do you mean by reseting the MacBook? ("Every time I hear that sound repeating, I shut it down and reset it again").

If you just bought the MacBook I assume you just set it up as new, have you?

If the issue sometimes happens before signing into your user/when entering your user password it might still be a software issue even though unlikely. You can try to reinstall MacOS per https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904
If the issue never happens when entering your user password It might actually be a Software thing. In this case try https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262 and https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT204443 to find out if the issue stops in one of these. If it does and the steps in the articles did not help solve the issue permanently, call Apple Support

i watched a youtube video about reseting the smc by shutting it down and turning it back on. It works, but just not permanently.
