iCloud photos on all devices

I bought my daughter a phone, and used my information to log in to the iTunes and iCloud, so now whenever she takes photos on her phone, they show up on my phone and vise versa. How do I change this to keep her photos from syncing to my phone?

Every person needs their own Apple ID. That's the only way iCloud can distinguish users. If she's under 13, there's a special one for children. To share purchases and subscriptions, set up Family Sharing.
