How do I change an admin account to a standard account in high sierra?

I have seen more articles than I can count on how to go from a standard account to an admin account. I have found zero articles on going the other way. I have two admin accounts and want to change one to a standard account. I can't find a way to do this from the Users & Groups pref pane. Is there a simple way to make the change?

This does not work. The second admin account is grayed out and can't be changed. I do not know if that is the usual situation with High Sierra. It's possible, since Apple's changes to 'improve' security in High Sierra caused many problems. (Those, naturally, did not get fixed despite six updates.)

Ironically, I had no problem switching from standard to admin a year ago. I am getting a bad feeling that my second admin account is corrupt.

I never said going from admin to standard doesn't work. I said I couldn't find a way to do it from the prefpane. It was tough for me to disclose a fact I didn't remember–that I had left my Mac in fast user switching mode. You posted your comment after the issue was resolved.
