Over the yearsI have bought several Macs (2012 iMac running OS High Sierra and OS Monterey on a 2018 MacBook Air and a 2020 iMac 27", if that matters. I still use them all. I am admin user for all, but inadvertently set up the admin users accounts with a couple of name variations, i.e. full name on one, first name and last name initial others. I want to be sure they are interchangeable and so want to make all admin user accounts the same. How do I do that?

FYI, the user names used do not matter since macOS utilizes UserIDs for permissions (except possibly for ACL permissions.... I've never customized or utilized ACLs on my own systems so I'm not sure). Even if you have identical user names, unless they contain the same UserID, then you will encounter permissions issues. UserIDs are assigned in order numerically with each new user added (or if a user is deleted, then the UserID is restored to the pool to be reused). Do NOT change the UserID of any existing user accounts or you will break macOS.
