How to stop apple music ads?

I simply buy my songs the old way, and am NOT interested in a monthly subscription service where all my music would disappear if I end the subscription.

so how can I get Apple Music to STOP advertising to me and asking me to try for free?

in Apple Music, on my iPhone, everywhere.

I love the iTunes service, etc. very loyal, but I don't want a subscription.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. From what I understand, you are being prompted to start an Apple Music subscription and would like the ads to stop, correct? I'm here to help you take a look in to that!

If you do not wish to subscribe to Apple Music, you can go to Settings > Music on your device. Turn off 'Show Apple Music'. Here is an article on addition troubleshooting:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

Hopefully this helps!

Cheers!

Avoid the "For You" and "Browse" tabs in the Music app. Those sections are exclusively for the Apple Music subscription service, and anything you do there will prompt for a subscription.

If you just want to buy songs, then you do that only in the iTunes Store App.

Once bought, they will automatically appear in the Library section of the Music App.
