Workout app always pauses around 11 seconds in

My workout app always pauses very close to 11 seconds into a workout and its driving me crazy! How can this be fixed?

Problem with automatic pause of training hi i have a problem with the Workout app. Regardless of the selected activity, the training automatically pauses after 11 seconds. when I start to continue it, it will turn off again at 22,33,44 etc. I reset the clock settings but the problem still exists. Has anyone had a similar problem? How can i solve it?

So you have the workout set to a timed goal?
