Can you shut off software update notifications?

I’m tired of having to update the software especially lately? I don’t want to be traced!

No you cannot turn off the notifications. You will not be traced if you update to iOS 13.5.1. What you will be doing is installing an API that will allow Covid tracking apps to work but ONLY if YOU install them on your own. The update to iOS 13.5.1, DOES NOT install tracking software.
