Most likely the screens control board or other hardware is damaged and you will need a new screen. Apple stores or Best Buy can provide Apple parts. There are third party stores in your area as well that may be able to fix it cheaper than Apple. If your phone is still under the one year warranty, having the screen fixed anywhere but Apple or a certified repair center like Best Buy will void the warranty
